Our Marine Safety Services division provides comprehensive inspection, certification, maintenance, and testing services for Life Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) onboard vessels and marine facilities. All services are performed in full compliance with IMO, SOLAS, and the requirements of major international classification societies including Lloyd's Register, DNV, Bureau Veritas, and ABS. Our Bureau Veritas authorization covers inflatable liferaft servicing, SCBA maintenance, and lifeboat overhaul — giving vessel operators confidence that every safety system will perform when it matters most.

Yes. Sealion holds Bureau Veritas authorization covering: inspection and maintenance of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA); servicing of inflatable liferafts, inflatable lifejackets, hydrostatic release units, and marine evacuation systems; and maintenance, examination, operational testing, overhaul and repair of lifeboats, rescue boats, launching appliances and release gear.
Under SOLAS regulations, inflatable liferafts must be serviced annually at an approved service station. Sealion operates a fully equipped servicing facility and can also arrange collection and return of liferafts from vessels calling at our operating ports.
Yes. Our certified safety technicians can board any vessel calling at Aqaba, Basra, or UAE ports to perform onboard inspections, maintenance, and certification of all LSA and FFE systems, minimizing delay to the vessel's schedule.
